Grow Taller 4 Idiots Review – A Must-Read Guide to Increasing Your Height

by Megan Blair

grow taller 4 idiotsGrow Taller 4 Idiots is a popular ebook that’s been around on the internet for some time. It’s essentially a guide book written by a doctor to help people get taller naturally without surgery or any stimulants like Human Growth Hormone (HGH) products.

There’s a lot of hype about it and I’ve seen many people in forums talking about it and wondering if it really does live up to its promise of increasing your height by 2 to 3 inches in 6 weeks. Since I’ve bought the ebook a while ago and tried the methods listed within, I thought I’ll do a short review for the benefit of those who are curious about how well it works..

Let’s start with the results. I did grow taller within 6 weeks but not 2 to 3 inches…only 0.5 inches. A big reason for the lower growth might be because I was very busy with school and so didn’t have the time to do the exercises every day. I also didn’t get much sleep too everyday, which according to the book, is very bad when you want to grow taller.

Still, I saw some noticeable differences in height so I guess the system really worked! A few months later, I started doing the exercises regularly and found that I grew by around 3 inches in the span of a year, which was awesome.

Now let’s look at the contents of the ebook. It begins with a chapter on the type of nutrition you need to grow taller. It covers the specific foods you should eat and explains how the vitamins/minerals influence the growth process.

After which, the book examines how posture affects height and tells you how you can change your daily posture to solve problems such as rounded shoulders and maximize your natural growth.

This is a great chapter because posture problems not only hinder height growth but overall mental and physical health. Being aware of poor posture is the hardest part but I found it easy to do by doing a simple trick: telling people around me to correct my posture when they noticed it. Works wonders I tell ya.. :)

Now back to the book. The next chapter talks about sleeping and how rest affects your growth rate. It’s kinda interesting because it even talks about the right mattress and pillow to use for maximizing sleep benefits.

The next three chapters are the real meat of the Grow Taller 4 Idiots method. They contain a long list of exercises to increase your height. These exercises are illustrated and described in great detail, which is very useful.

The book also explains the specific benefits of each exercise and gives you a workout routine you can follow every day. Basically these exercises are mostly stretches and they aren’t difficult to do. I could do most of them easily at my first try and I don’t think they would be hard for most people.

The problem is consistency. You have to spend at least half an hour a day doing them and that’s a little difficult when you’re busy. But if you’re 100% serious about growing taller, this is a challenge you have to meet.

The last section of the book offers some closing tips on how to sit correctly and what sports you should do to elongate your spine.

All in all, its an interesting book and if you’re new to the topic of height enhancement, this is pretty much the best book on the market out there. The only flaw was that I didn’t really fancy the formatting of the book, it could have been designed a little better but that’s really besides the point. The content itself is helpful and worth what you paid for.

I found it very easy to read and more importantly, easy to put into practice. The exercise, diet and rest routine are not tough to implement and you can do them at home without having to buy any special equipment.

Would I recommend it to anyone looking to grow taller naturally? Definitely.
