Try to avoid stuff that stops the production of calcium: soft drinks, cigarettes, coffee and alcohol are just some of them. Don’t take too much of them because they may hurt you from growing taller.

As always, drink a lot of water as well because it helps to disperse the vitamins and nutrients. To sum up, a worthy diet you should take includes protein rich food such as fish, milk, eggs, unsaturated fat and vegetables, fruits and dairy products.
